| Cheryle Albert,
whose vision loss began to deteriorate at the age of twenty due to diabetic
retinopathy, is well known for her playful titles and imaginative subject
matter. Much of this artist's imagery is derived from her technicolor dreams,
which are recorded in a notebook or whispered into a tape recorder. Cheryle
explains: "I'll say orange sky, blue-green grass, purple river and
then paint from my memory and sense of touch."te |
